The Altar is a building that gives boost after executing leaders that have been captured in a Prison, to give the turf temporary boosts. The player must have a Level 17 Prison before they are able to build the Altar. Only one Altar may be built. The Altar is a permanent building, meaning that once it has been built in a player's Turf, it cannot be demolished.

The player can execute Leaders belonging to Castles of Level 17 or higher. To execute a leader, the player will need to wait for the "time before execution", which can be found in the Prison. This will depend on the Prison level and the captured leader's level. The Strix Familiar's Quick Fix skill, when maxed, can reduce this wait by an additional 6 hours. Once the execution time is reached, the player will then need to press Execute within a limited time, in order to activate the Altar. For executing any level leader, the player will receive a boost to Army ATK, Army DEF, Army HP, and Travel Speed. The higher the level of the Altar, the better the boosts (see the table below).

Altar boosts will last for 24 hours. For each additional leader executed, the time will extend by another 24 hours. The Devotion research and Magus Familiar's Sacrificial Offering skill can extend the Altar boost duration by up to 6 hours each, for a total duration of 36 hours per executed leader.

Soul Crystals are required to build and upgrade the Altar. There are 25 levels to upgrade, and the total of 20,000 are required to fully upgrade an Altar.
