Lords Mobile Wiki

Troops are units comprised of soldiers and machines. Troops are used for attacking and defending, as well as Gathering and for events like Lords Cup. Troops can be trained in the Barrack by combining Food, Timber, Stone, Ore and Gold.

Troop Types[]

There are 4 different types of Troops. Infantry, Ranged and Cavalry Troops are soldiers. Each of these counters one of the other soldier types. Siege Engines are machines which counter Castle Walls and Traps. Army Lineups can be researched to change the troop types on the frontline.

  • Infantry units have the best defensive capabilities (HP and DEF), followed by cavalry, ranged, and siege.
  • Siege units have the highest attack, followed by ranged, cavalry, and infantry.
  • Cavalry units travel the fastest, followed by ranged, infantry, and siege.
  • Siege units have the highest capacity when attacking or gathering, followed by infantry, ranged, and cavalry.

Luminous Gears are used in the Barrack to upgrade Tier 4 Troops to Tier 5. Luminous Gears are crafted in the Lunar Foundry. Each Luminous Gear adds 12 Might.

Troop tier comparison[]

  • Tier 2 troops are 2x stronger than Tier 1 troops.
  • Tier 3 troops are 3x stronger than Tier 1 troops.
  • Tier 4 Troops are 4.5x stronger than Tier 1 troops.
  • Tier 5 troops are 6x stronger than Tier 1 troops.

All battles last 40 seconds. All troop types have an attack cooldown of three seconds, but in each unit's first attack, their cooldown is one second. The heroes who command each Squadron have different attack cooldown depending on the hero's attack type.

Distance in the table above refers to the distance at which enemy units are recognized, not the attack distance of each unit. All type of units except siege have a distance of 35, and siege units have a distance of 50. Siege units' range encompasses the entire battlefield.

During battle, each troop type will be split into four Squadrons, which acts as units encompassing a group of soldiers. When all members of a Squadron are killed, a message will appear at the bottom of the screen: <Unit> Squad Annihilated!

  • For example, if a person with +500% travel speed bonus sends Cataphract at a distance of 400 miles, the travel time is calculated as 333.33 seconds, and the displayed time will be 5:34.
