Hi! Today I am going to share with you how to get free gems. Gems is always the resource that is running out, don't you agree? If you do not want to spend money getting gems and want to get gems quickly and easily, you are in luck. There are many ways on how to get free gems.
Some people may have tried cheating in Lords Mobile by accessing generators or downloading mods. However, these apps / generators need human verification to download apps, complete a survey and stuff like that. The surveys may be short but there are always some hidden dangers. Although no one has gotten banned yet, it is still better to follow this list of ways to get free gems.
Let us get started with the first one
1. Treasure Trove[]
Treasure Trove will be the largest source of free gems. You deposit them and then wait for a week to a month and then get even more gems.

The Treasure Trove is unlocked upon clearing Skirmish 8 and reaching Castle Lv 17. This may seem tedious, but your hard work will pay off. When you have cleared the last Skirmish Mission, but not reached castle Lv 17, the system will show a message like this:

The process might take long, but the profits are very good.
Here are when you should use the three different deposits:
7 day deposit[]
- You do not want to wait long for your payout
- You do not mind making a small payout
- You have a construction / research finishing soon and you need more gems for the next task (Construction / Research)
- You need speed ups to complete your construction / research As soon as it is possible
- You want to upgrade your VIP level and need another 1 - 15 gems to do so (i.e 100 VIP points = 150 gems. You have 147 gems)
- You want to buy some cheap items (1-minute speed up, Speed up merging 1 minute etc.)
- You want to be able to buy some speed ups for a construction / research (1 minute - 15 minutes speed up)
14-day deposit[]
- You do not want a small payout
- You do not want to wait long for your payouts
- You need gems for a project that is moderately long (5 hours to 15 hours)
- You want to merge pacts quickly to make runes or unlock more training slots
30-day deposit[]
- You do not mind waiting very long for payouts
- You want a very large payout
- You need to buy speed ups for healing, construction research and stuff.
- You need to buy a large amount of Holy Stars in Labrynith.
- You want to resupply your energy quickly and resupply a lot of it
- You need to buy resource (i.e. Grant 300 Gold)
- You want to research T3 troops and T4 troops quickly
- You want to unlock new shipping lanes quickly
Number of levels to upgrade[]
The Treasure Trove only needs 9 levels to upgrade, unlike other buildings which require 25 levels
2. Colosseum[]
Every 3 hours, Colosseum awards the top 5000 in the current kingdom gems. It is hard, if you do not have a lot of gems. Colesseum limits players to 5 entries every day. To reset your entries, you will need 250 gems.

Colessuem unlocks at a Lv 10 castle. It is not very hard. If you do not meet the required castle level, the system will show a message

If you do have 250 gems, you will have a 55% chance of entering the top 5000, a 30% chance of entering the top 1000, and a 5% chance of getting into the top 10. You will need to reset your entries multiple times before you even dream of getting into the top 10.
3. Mystery Box.[]
Mystery boxes are the most common reward. It drops resource 75% of the time, drops speed ups 20% of the time and drops gems 5% of the time. The mystery box very rarely drops gems. But it can be emough for you to buy and use 1 minute speed up x2. So, it drops around 10 gems.

Mystery boxes take a short time to open for the first few openings. But, it gets even longer as you do more and more attempts. Its highest amount of time is around 30 minutes. It will show a message when you click during the countdown

It can drop speed ups if you want to use the gems to quickly finish a construction. It is about 2 in 10 chance that you will get speed ups. The shortest time you have to wait is 1 minute.
4. Labryinth[]
The Labryinth is unlocked upon clearing Skirmish 8. You are given a free hit every day. But after one hit, you will have to use gems or your own holy stars.
Sometimes, a Guardian appears and you can get more than 100 gems if you defeat it. That is enough to reset more than 100 Colesseum entries. That is how you get free gems.
5. Monster Hunts[]
Monster hunts may be hard. You need around 2 Lv 50 - 60 heroes to defeat a Level 1 monster. It can be also used to earn event points. (Solo event and Hell event)
You will get these rewards when you kill monsters

You can get rewards when you did not kill a monster. It can give you 100 - 200 gems. You can get gems from guild gifts as well. When your guildmates defeat a monster, a guild gift will be sent.

6. Guild Gifts[]
Like I said before, there are chances you will get gems in Guild gifts. You might get gems in boxes / chests too.

Every time at 6.00 a.m., I always get 3-7 Guild gifts. and sometimes I get gems.
Higher level dark essences and longer transmuting periods can increase the chance of getting gems as a reward and the amount of gems you get as a reward
7. Darknest Transmute[]
Sometimes, you and your guildmates attack darknests and you transmute the dark essences. Sometimes you will get gems from the transmute.
Higher dark essences (Lv 2 and above I would consider) increases the chance of getting gems as your reward and increases the amount of gems you get at the end of your transmute. As referred to the image on the right, the longest transmuting period is 12 hours and it can give you 600 or 900 gems.
You need to build a Lv 6 battle hall to fight a Lv 1 darknest. The Embassy also affects your maximum troop size. The level of the Battle Hall cannot be higher than the level of the Embassy. Currently, I have a Lv 6 battle hall and a Lv 9 Embassy. You will need War Tomes to upgrade your Battle Hall. You can instantly finish your Battle Hall contruction without using War Tomes by spending gems.
8. Solo event[]
The Solo event lasts for about a few hours and then starts after a few minutes. Sometimes, at Stage 3, Solo event might award you gems.

The Solo event is a lightweight event and it is easy to complete. So, around 40% of the time it will award you 100 gems for completing one event. The sources of earning points can be Building, Researching, Training and Hunting monsters. You will have to complete the event within the few hours or all your progress will be lost.
You can also be the first 100 players to complete all three stages. The first three who complete the event will get gems, depending on the event.
9. Hell event[]
The Hell event is similar to the Solo event. But the Hell event is harder to complete and awards you with greater rewards. When you complete stage 3, you will get 100 gems. Sometimes, you might even get double the amount of gems. When you reach the top 100, the top three, as usual, will get gems.

10. Guild Bash[]
Guild Bash is an event where you summon monsters when you pass one stage. Every time you summon a monster, a Summon Bonus will be given in Guild Gifts and you can get either of these 4 items
- 10 000 gems
- 1000 gems
- 500 gems
- 100 gems

- Hunt Monsters
- Hell event (all three stages)
11. Gemming Gremlin[]
Gemming Gremlin can give you gems
Gemming Gremlin is unlocked upon reaching Castle Lv 21. Gemming Gremlins can give you 300 to 600 gems or sometimes more or less. Kingdom Tycoon can be only unlocked if you have cleared the last Skirmish Mission.
12. Guild Stocking[]
In a winter event, there will be Guild Stockings every day at 1:00 p.m. I once got 2000 gems from a guild stocking. And another one of my guildmates got 20 000 gems on the last day of the event.

You will get 20 snowballs when you log in at 13:00 (1:00 p.m.) Snowballs are needed to upgrade your Snowman.
Take note that the Winter Event will only occur once a year.
13. Guild Showdown[]
Guild Showdown occurs once in a while
This is the second last way I can think of earning free gems. You need 10 contestants to enter the Guild Showdown. More than 10 contestants can enter the Guild Showdown, and if more than 15 register, your guild will be in division 2. When the Guild Showdown event ends, you will get chests based on the results. And, if you are lucky, you might get gems
14. Gem Lodes[]
Gem Lodes are gem shaped gathering spots. You can find many in the 2021 event coming soon
In the 2021 update, there will be gem lodes spawning. When you do not research, you take 10 seconds to harvest 1 gem.
There will be more Mystery events coming up. And if you do come across multiple gem lodes, pick the one with the higher level.
