The Watchtower detects troops approaching the player's turf or camps. The Watchtower is a fixed building, meaning its location is set from the start of the game and cannot be changed by the player.

A border will be created around the game screen depending on what sort of troops are approaching.

• A red border can be seen when enemy troops or scouts are approaching a turf/camp
• A green border when supply troops are approaching the turf
• A blue border when allied troops or garrisons are approaching the turf.

Upgrading the Watchtower will unlock new abilities for the watchtower. At Level 25, it gives the player a Fortify button which allows them to activate defense boosts and lower the enemy's power as well as giving the enemy a reduced troop ATK of 10%.
